Reason for opening: Growth calls for the opening of new clinics

Office Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-12pm and 1-5pm. Friday 8am-2pm
Patient Load: New Patient’s are scheduled for 30 minutes and follow-up patients are given 15 minutes. Procedures are scheduled based on the amount of time that the physician requests.
Benefits Package:
1. Base salary $250,000.00 guaranteed first year or 35% of collections whichever is higher. (Collections are calculated on all office visits, diagnostic testing, and global component of procedures performed by the physician including facility/fluoroscope time. This allows physician the opportunity to share in the gross amount of services and allows for high income earning potential).
2. Profit bonus paid in addition to the 35% of collections.
