- 20-bed rehab unit at a 166-bed acute care hospital with a 5-county service area. Average census of 10.
Responsibilities: Inpatient/outpatient mix. Inpatient commitment to the unit, outpatient services as wanted for your own private practice. See the patients 3 times a week
Affiliation: Independent contractor or employee
Compensation: As independent contractor – annual stipend plus professional receipts

Reason for opening: The past Medical Director is also affiliated with the neighboring hospital which is starting to employ its doctors which would be a conflict of interest.
Candidate
Qualifications: Board Certified physiatrist, neurologist, internist, family physician, or orthopedic surgeon with excellent interpersonal and communications skills; a team player; If Board Qualified, must have completed a residency within the last 2 years
