Location: Northern CA; about an hour north of San Francisco; in Sonoma County
Rehab Unit Features: 25-year-old, well-known and developed 15-bed rehab unit with stable staff; average census of 10-13; plan to become a certified stroke center as 50%+ of patients are stroke victims; well-developed outpatient neurology TBI program; the retiring physiatrist does QME’s for Workers Comp
Facility Features: 250-bed acute care hospital with a state-designated Level II Regional Trauma Center for Sonoma, Mendocino, Napa and Lake Counties. The Santa Rosa hospital system also includes an urgent care center, an ambulatory surgery center, hospice and home care services.
Part of St. Joseph Health System which is a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange. Petaluma Hospital is also a part of the St. Joseph Hospital System as are some hospitals in S CA.
Responsibilities: Inpatient/outpatient mix; hospitalists will consult on new admissions
Affiliation: Employee of Annadel Medical Group, physician organization, with a shareholder opportunity. Annadel Medical Group is a diverse group of doctors representing 70 primary care physicians and many specialists to include the current Medical Director and 2 interventional physiatrists. The doctors are all active staff members at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Petaluma Valley Hospital.

Qualifications: Board Certified physiatrist with excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. Board Qualified candidates will be considered if within 2 years of residency. CA license required.
