Description: Pain management at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, D & T’s and adult day care centers in the Queens, Bronx, Long Island, Westchester and Brooklyn. Travel to 2 facilities on average a day within the same borough so must have a car. Work for a pain management company headed by a physician. Company includes 21 providers to include 5 physiatrists, an anesthesiologist, a psychiatrist, and PTs. Work is 75% treatment and 25% drug management. Responsibilities include trigger point injections, joint injections, nerve blocks. $150,000 – $160,000 plus benefits. Work in Brooklyn and/or Queens and/or Long Island.
